YouTube Kids App Reviews

My 5 year old son loves it and says of the app "good feeling when watching videos", I dont have to worry about him stumbling across videos with swearing or adult content so this is good enough for me!

The little boss likes it so I like it!

This app is so good

Its very easy to use and my kids love it. Its also nice to know that nothing inappropriate will accidentally pop up like the regular YouTube.

My kids have been using this app for a long time and very much so enjoyed it. However something has changed and now it says it isnt available. It says it isnt available for your region (Quebec). I am nowhere near Quebec!!!! Now the app is useless and I have very unhappy kids. Please fix this.

I love watching talking tom and friends and they should make more episodes .

The best thing about this app are if I am playing it nothing inappropriate will pop up,no personal things to put in and no one can be bad to kids like me

My little sister loves this app and now my dad doesnt even need to worry about watching us when were watching YouTube.

If you have a kid under 7 I am telling you they will love it but you will too. No ads, no wrong videos, just for kids. You can pick your own settings, the intro is amazing and you can set a timer and everything in YouTube kids will go off and on the screen will be a password for adults to unlock the timer for later. I love it. No hassle, no wrong videos and no nothing. Thank you YouTube for this wonderful amazing app!!!

My baby sister loves this app . Shes able to watch all the things she loves . Shes also getting education from a lot of videos . The good thing is that theres no restrictions

But...dont expect the parental filter to be perfect nor for your kids to see less advertising (many vids/channels of opening toys/toy reviews etc). You also cannot seem to watch YTK videos from your computer like you can with You Tube. The background music is super annoying and unnecessary but you can turn it off. My kids love this ap. I like that they are no longer on YouTube

Why are Dan and Phil on there??

I love that I can limit my kids viewing with a timer and that it is censored to their age range. Tell it under 4, between 5-10, or over 12 and itll do the rest.

Why is it not available in Quebec. My son is really disappointed and angry. His cousin who lives in Vancouver had it and still until now is jealous. Its upsetting that a company like YouTube has so much money but doesnt make the app available in Quebec,Canada. A lot of people I know said that even their kid is disappointed.Very unfair!its been over a month since this app was released and its still not available in Quebec. How much slower can you be? Once you resolve this problem I will give you five stars.

My daughter loves randomly browsing videos, but normal YouTube inevitably leads her to stuff we dont want her to watch. She loves this app, and watching over her shoulder we have yet to see anything were worried about.

Please add a playlist or favourites function. I am a teacher who uses this ad-free version for work-related educational videos. I would like to save my favourites in one place.

Easy to use app. But clearly not designed by parents. It lack key features like blocking certain channels or movies, as well as age filtering. I switched and will not switch back until these features are added!
