Not enough controls for profile like their own account would have

The profile should also allow playlists, blocking a channel not just per video, blocking keywords, history of what they watched, graph of analytics of watch behavior and content, limiting time on a specific channel, and most definitely the suggestions control, perhaps a delay and approval mode from regular YouTube. That will save you all the parents b*tching. Sounds like they need a tween tube.
