Does any one know how to change profiles?

This is a good app for kids but could have more channels to pick from because some are not there. Very nicely presented and easy to use. Also there should be a mode for like 10-12 and 12-15 and also I can not find a way to create profiles?
There should be more access to videos and more security for kids to be watching bad things.
Overall great for 2-8 yr olds and very nice to use.
