Make a new Youtube app plz read

Youtube kids content is more directed to toddlers and kids under the age of 8. Please make an app that is for kids anywhere between the agg of 8-13 please. If you dont add more content you have some new videos but a lot of old videos too. Lastly What you should do is make it so in youtube kids when you get it the options for age is 2-5, 6-9, and 10-13 please do these and you will have a perfect app in my opinion.
