YouTube Kids App Reviews

I’m deleting this app and as promised I’m going to keep writing reviews to warn parents. I am so angry and disgusted at the content Youtube allows on an app geared for preschoolers and grade schoolers. Is getting bloodied by fight spinners ok for toddlers youtube? Or seeing paw patrol shot up? Or getting your heart ripped out by Minecraft characters? Or profane language? Or cartoon nudity? I’ve tried to block videos thinking that it was just an odd video that got through some filter, but videos keep coming. Do not download this app if you want filtered content that’s appropriate for children.

Seems some people making videos on here have no business around kids let alone teaching them , this app can go to hell along with the pedophiles it uses to distribute inappropriate content to children ......it’s a shame this isn’t regulated with the least bit of common sense ! Be carful and be aware of what your child watches on their app!

There’s a cat video on here that has a girl taking off her bikini top with her back to the camera. Not appropriate for my 4 year old! I have reports the video only to see it again weeks later. Time for this app to get deleted.

I watched sis vs bro on YouTube kid they have every video! I wish everyone would love this app and all there vids!I also love how you block a vid if it has a bad word.

This is terrible but a little decent. I’m not crazy with this app. I honestly want to see safari kids but not add stuff for baby’s! Like seriously I could watch part 1 and 3 or something but not 2! Lik wut omg #notlit! 2 stars!

Kids YouTube is really nice. There aren’t a lot of adds, My Youngest sibling always gos on YouTube the normal one but sometimes he gets into different videos. But in kids YouTube they play the same title but different episodes for example: Scooby-Doo is the tittle and they play different episodes of Scooby-Doo.

This is a great app to help parents keep their kids on a safe track. Yes it has some kinks/quirks as most do but overall it mostly does what I need it to. Thanks for helping to keep our kids safe and helping the parents out in this technology overloaded society! Technology can be a great thing and it can also be a big hindrance and dangerous at times. Id like to be able to search and add my own recommended channels to their devices. Im sure I havent messed with it enough to figure it all out. I thought I saw a way to do that before. ?? And block certain channels too.
