Great for my lil ones and no worries....

These are my categories. Like:Recommends,Recently watched Dont like: Sometimes search up the video it will not be on there unless its on your recommended, Need to add: Subscribe,comments,description,not all videos,not all channels ,and other things. And please make this app be wifi free because the little kids on car trips or stuff can not watch their videos.

I love this app. I am a tween, and find it very good, for kids and people my age. My only problem is that on a few of the Youtubers I watch, it has stopped transferring their videos. No new content is appearing. Please fix this! (By the way, I do not agree with the reviews that say it is awful)

This is a awesome game,sometimes it crashis but it is a good really good app I love it so much. You should bye it it IS AwESOME!!!!

Good app for kids

I’ve heard a lot of horror stories about inappropriate videos working their way into YouTube Kids, but so far so good. I let my son use this when we are somewhere that he will get bored easily - like waiting at the doctor’s or grocery shopping. He is 2 now, but he was using this app like a pro for the last year. I like that he can easily switch videos and not get stuck in the comment sections, and I obviously like that the content is geared toward children. It’s also great that we can stream it to the tv via the Chromecast. A few suggestions: 1. The parental controls can easily be accessed by any child who can read. It would be nice to have it linked to Touch ID or even by entering our own YouTube password again. My son is only 2, so this isn’t a big concern of mine just yet. 2. I think they should be able to customize their feed by adding the subscribe function, or even just like or dislike - so you can filter out what they usually skip over. I have the search function enabled right now so that I can search for the videos/channels I know he prefers.

There are some terrible videos that come off as being for children

As parents, we need to look out for our kids. There are bad people uploading videos not appropriate for children. Keep your eyes open because they use the same music.

After watching Philip DeFranco’s video about #ElsaGate I am really concerned that kids might stumble upon videos that may have their favorite Disney characters or Marvel characters doing disturbing things and Youtube somehow allows it to happen and show up through this app. Please be mindful of what your kid might stumble upon!!!
